<h3>Article 1. Scope of service</h3>1. Nature:TokyoParcel only acts as an intermediary to support customers in purchasing and transporting goods from Japan to the customer's country as requested.We are not a manufacturer, distributor or retailer of goods, and have no control over the information, quality or legality of the products provided by the seller.2. Limitation of liability for goods:- TokyoParcel is not responsible in the following cases:- The product is not as described on the seller's website, has the wrong color, size, type or has a manufacturing defect.- The goods are denied warranty or do not have a warranty from the manufacturer/seller.- The seller cancels the order, is out of stock or changes the selling price.In the above cases, we will try to support customers in making complaints to the seller, but the result depends entirely on the seller's policy.3. Restrictions on goods:TokyoParcel only accepts to purchase and transport legal items according to the laws of:- Japan (buying country),- Destination country (receiving country),- And international trade agreements/restrictions.- Do not accept to purchase/transport items on the prohibited/restricted list.In case the customer intentionally sends/buys products on the prohibited list, we have the right to:- Refuse to ship or cancel the order immediately without compensation.- Not responsible for any related risks (customs holding goods, confiscation, destruction, administrative or criminal penalties).- All costs incurred (if any) will be borne by the customer.4. Scope of support services:TokyoParcel provides services:- Consulting and supporting customers in choosing reputable products and stores (if requested by the customer).- Pay for orders in Japan according to customer requirements.- Collect goods, pack, ship internationally, and deliver to the address provided by the customer.- We provide additional value-added services (e.g., photography, counting, insurance, protective packaging, etc.) at additional costs.5. Refusal to provide services:TokyoParce has the right to refuse to perform services in the following cases:The order violates the law, customs regulations, or shows signs of risk.The customer provides incomplete, inaccurate information, or shows signs of fraud.The customer does not accept the payment, shipping, or service fee conditions set forth by the company. <h3>Article 2. Shipping and delivery</h3>- Tokyoparcel commits to an average delivery time of 7 - 9 working days from the date the goods are shipped from the warehouse in Japan.- The above time only applies to orders with complete documents, valid customs declarations and not belonging to special goods groups (bulky goods, fragile goods, goods with specialized inspection conditions).- In case of delays due to factors beyond the company's control (e.g. random customs inspections, changes in import policies, international transportation incidents, natural disasters, epidemics, etc.), the delivery time may be longer. The company will promptly notify and coordinate to support customers. <h3>Article 4. Cancellation &amp; Return Policy</h3>After confirmation and payment, customers cannot cancel the order (unless the seller refuses to deliver).The return policy depends on the seller in Japan; Tokyoparcel only supports at an intermediate level (contact, return).The customer will be responsible for paying any return and shipping costs incurred.<h3>Details: https://tokyoparcel.com/global/docs/chinh-sach-va-dieu-khoan/chinh-sach-giao-hang-doi-tra-bao-hanh</h3><h3> </h3><h3>Article 5: Refund/Withdrawal Policy</h3>* Principles of using point wallet- Point wallet is an internal payment tool of TokyoParcel, used for customers to deposit money and pay for services: purchasing, shipping, service fees, additional fees, etc.- The balance in the point wallet is not a savings account or a bank payment account and is only valid for use within the scope of the Company's services.* Withdrawal Policy- After customers deposit money into the point wallet, Tokyoparcel does not support refunds/cash withdrawals/bank transfers for any reason.- The point wallet balance is only used to pay for services within the system. <h3>Article 6: Security &amp; personal data</h3>- Tokyoparcel commits to keeping customer information confidential (name, address, phone number, payment method).- Do not share with third parties, unless required by the authorities. <h3>Article 7: Right to change terms</h3>- Tokyoparcel has the right to edit and supplement the Terms of Service and will publicly announce it on the website.- Customers who continue to use the service are deemed to agree to the changes. <h3>Article 8: Right to block accounts</h3>- Accounts can be deleted at the request of the Customer if there are no outstanding debts or Products remaining.- Accounts can be suspended for actions such as non-payment, threats, refusal to verify payment identity and creating multiple accounts without consent.<h3>- Accounts can be suspended at Tokyoparcel's discretion for uncooperative behavior, violations of Tokyoparcel's rules and policies, disrespectful communication, or any other behavior that Tokyoparcel deems inappropriate.</h3>
